Project summary:

The project will train in-house NVQ Assessors to assess employees within their own organisation in five key trades. Fineline Carpentry will pilot this approach and seek to encourage other employers to join and repeat this approach. It will initially address these issues for the consortium members. The intention is to develop the model and extend its usage to Plymouth, Devon and South West.

Expected output:

• Qualify 55 new VQ assessors in five identified trades
• Deliver 300 NVQ completions for employees in five identified trades
