The project will develop, support and create a competent managerial workforce within the shop-fitting and interior contracting sector and to promote the lifelong learning ethos within each company.
Through developing the workforce, we will also demonstrate that roles within the industry are more than mere jobs; a career in construction is just that, a real career with development options and an exciting opportunity to join and grow in a world class industry.
Deliver L3 NVQs for 150 employees at 35 firms employed in wood trade occupations.
