This half-day course is for those operatives who will be operating petrol driven cut-off saws as part of their job.
This course will cover everything from selecting and fitting PPE, operating the machine and re-fuelling through to safe transportation. Successful completion of this course will enable operatives to use petrol driven cut-off saws safely.

- Relevant regulations
- Different types of wheels and discs and their functions
- Approved methods of inspecting and storing equipment.
Teaching and assessment
- Practical hands-on classroom sessions and tutorials.

- National Construction College certificate
