The project will build capacity in the North West by adding onto the existing services the North West Contractors Training Group offers to its members. These services will deliver business improvement through a toolkit containing 12 modules. These 12 modules will be piloted through a series of workshops designed to support members in the delivery of this toolkit to their employees.
- Develop a Business Toolkit which consists of 12 interactive modules. These modules are designed to provide users with business development tools and techniques
- Pilot to 150 individuals from 38 member companies
