2021 Levy Assessment – Update

Levy rates for the 2021 Levy Assessment are now confirmed as 0.35% for PAYE and 1.25% for Net CIS.

We remind anyone with an outstanding 2021 Levy Return to submit it immediately. Failure to submit your completed 2021 Levy Return prior to 22 May 2022 will result in an estimate 2021 Levy Assessment.

We plan to issue the 2021 Levy Assessment Notices in Mid-June with a payment date of 28 July 2022. Employers will still be able to take advantage of the full 10 months interest free direct debit plan, which will now run from July 2022 to April 2023.
